David Weston is the Chief Executive of the Teacher Development Trust. He is Chair of the UK Department for Education’s Teacher Professional Development Expert Group. Ellen is the Head of Science Department at Westlake International School in Malaysia and joined the school in 2013. She has taught Mathematics and Science at secondary schools for ten years and is currently teaching Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry and Cambridge International AS and A Level Chemistry.

Iain has been teaching Cambridge programmes and qualifications in China since 2006. His primary focus is on Economics at both Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International A Level.

Lauren Woods is Assessment Accessibility Advisor in the Assessment Standards and Quality team. Prior to joining Cambridge International, Lauren worked in secondary education, initially teaching French and Italian and latterly as part of a school leadership team. Her remit focused on supporting students with special educational needs and disability, mental health and medical needs, and pastoral care needs. She has been a safeguarding lead, SENDCo and exams access arrangements assessor. Though her role sits in the Assessment division, Lauren works closely with colleagues in other divisions to raise awareness of the spectrum of special educational needs and disability and help to develop the accessibility of Cambridge International qualifications. She is also currently enjoying using her language skills on a part-time secondment managing some of the Cambridge International languages qualifications.

Lin Whyte is an independent education consultant and a former headteacher. She works in a range of educational organisations including the National College of Teaching and School Leadership, and Cambridge International Examinations.

Mark joined the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge in 2002 and teaches on the Science/Biology secondary PGCE course and on the BA in educational studies. His research interests are in ICT and the psychology of education.

Rachel recently joined Cambridge having taught art for 15 years to students aged between 16 and 19. Before that she taught in Nigeria between 1998 – 2000 under the auspices of Voluntary Services Overseas.

Roshan Walkerley is the Recognitions Manager for the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands, part of the Cambridge International Global Recognitions team.
