During her time as a researcher, she realised that she was much more interested in teaching and learning than laboratory research. She qualified as a school teacher in 2010, received a Masters of Education in 2012 and joined Cambridge International in 2013. She led the team responsible for the improvements to the Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary Science programmes.
