James leads work matching Cambridge International Examination’s education system improvement capability with national level consultancy and project requirements. James’s previous experience includes responsibility for the design and delivery of services supporting education reforms in the UK and internationally for OCR and Pearson. He was a senior policy advisor at the Equality and Human Rights Commission and has taught inter-disciplinary research methodology courses at Cambridge University.
